【摘要】 目的:观察补益肺肾方治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期肺肾气阴两虚型的疗效。方法:采用随机数字表法收集COPD病例,对照组31例,予口服多索茶碱片,吸入布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂。治疗组31例,在上述治疗基础上加补益肺肾方,疗程均90d。观察主要中医症状积分、证候疗效,生活质量CAT评分及肺功能(FEV1%)等改善情况。结果:治疗后两组主要中医症状积分、生活质量CAT评分均改善(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组中医证候疗效总有效率为87.1%,优于对照组64.5%(P<0.05);治疗组肺功能(FEV1%)较本组治疗前改善(P<0.05)。结论:补益肺肾方能减轻COPD肺肾气阴两虚型患者症状,改善生活质量,提高运动耐力,改善肺功能,优于单纯西医治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Buyi Feishen Decoction for treatment on stable period of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) with syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin in lung and kidney. Methods: Used random number table method to collect cases, sixty-two cases of COPD patients were divided into treatment group with taking Doxofylline Tablets, Budesonide and Formoterol Fumarate Powder, and control group with taking Doxofylline Tablets, Budesonide, Formoterol Fumarate Powder and Buyi Feishen Decoction. The treatment course was 3 months. Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) symptom score, quality of life(CAT) score and lung function(FEV1%) were observed before and after treatment in the two groups. Results: TCM symptom scores and CAT scores have been improved after treatment(P<0.05), and the result in treatment group was better than the one in control group(P<0.05). The total effectiveness rate in treatment group was(87.1%), and the control group was(64.5%)(P<0.05). FEV1% in treatment group after treatment had improved(P<0.05). Conclusion: Buyi Feishen Decoction could help reduce the symptoms for COPD patients with syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin in lung and kidney, improve the quality of life, enhance the exercise endurance, and improve lung function, which was better than the western medical treatment alone.更多还原
