【摘要】 刘尚义教授有丰富的临床经验,临证运用风药独具特色。文章主要从风药的概念与分类进行论述。风药有广义和狭义之分。风药从4个角度进行分类:(1)治疗"风疾"的风药,有祛除外风和平熄内风之分,临床常分为祛风、疏风、搜风、逐风、熄风5类;(2)具有"风"特性的风药,从入药部位来分,分为根茎类、花类、叶类、草类、枝类、藤类、皮类、种子果实类、动物类;(3)从具体功用来分,分为基本功用类、引申功用类及其他功用类;(4)从扶正祛邪来分,扶正而言,风气通于肝,化生、长养万物,风药可"无中生有";祛邪而言,风与肺气相通,肃杀、洁净万物,风药可"有中化无"。更多还原

【Abstract】 Professor LIU Shang-yi, with rich clinical experience, has engaged in using wind drugs with his unique treating characteristics. This paper mainly discusses the concept and classification of wind drugs. The wind drugs have the generalized wind drugs and the narrow sense wind drugs. The wind drugs are classified from four angles: First, a class of drugs for treating wind disease include drugs removing exogenous wind-evil and appeasing endogenous wind-evil, and there are five types of wind drugs, namely expelling wind-evil, dispelling wind-evil, searching wind-evil, banishing wind-evil and appeasing wind-evil. Second, according to the different parts of being used as medicine, a class of drugs with ‘wind’ characteristics are divided into rhizome, flowers, leaves, grass, branches, rattan, leather, seed, fruit, animals. Third, according to the specific function, wind drugs are divided into basic function class, extended function and other functional categories. Fourth, wind drugs strengthen the body resistance, namely ‘creat something from nothing’, because wind matches the liver, the wind lives and grows things; wind drugs eliminate evil, namely ‘turn something to nothing’, because wind matches the lung, the wind chills and cleans things.更多还原
