【摘要】循证性中医临床实践指南制定是实现中医药标准化的重要手段。课题组以进一步提高和规范重症肌无力中医临床诊疗为需求导向,按照循证中医临床诊疗指南研制技术方法,开展文献研究(检索、严格评价)对所纳入的研究进行质量评价,从现有的文献中甄选出相对较为可靠的证据,结合专家问卷调查与专家共识会,最后采用指南质量方法学和临床一致性评价,形成临床实践的《中医内科临床诊疗指南·重症肌无力》送审稿。其编制技术与实施方法可供中医临床诊疗指南制修订借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of evidence-based clinical practice guidelines is of great vital means to achieve standardization of Chinese medicine. To improve and standardize TCM clinical practice guideline of myasthenia gravis, the literature search, evaluation of the literature according to the rule of development of evidence-based clinical practice guidelines are carried out, and a relatively reliable evidence from the existing literature is selected, meanwhile expert questionnaire investigations and consensus development conference are also included, then the TCM Clinical Practice Guideline of Myasthenia Gravis is formulated through the expert quality methodology assessment and clinical consistency evaluation. The preparation technology and practice method for TCM clinical guidelines could be used for reference.更多还原
