后HAART时期中医药调节HIV/AIDS患者免疫功能研究评述

【摘要】 艾滋病(AIDS)作为一种严重传染病,目前还没有治愈的药物和方法,高效抗逆转录病毒联合疗法(HAART)能够迅速降低病毒载量,促进免疫重建,从而降低艾滋病相关并发症和病死率,大大提高了艾滋病的治疗水平。但部分患者在治疗过程中易出现免疫重建不良及免疫炎症综合征等病症,是目前面临的治疗难点。中医药在调节机体免疫功能方面具有丰富的实践基础和广阔的应用前景。通过开展中医药治疗HIV/AIDS免疫功能重建不良和免疫炎症综合症基础和临床研究,推动中医药联合HAART协同增效研究,可以提升中医药防治HIV/AIDS水平。

【Abstract】 HIV/AIDS is a severe infectious disease with no effective drug or method at present. Highly active antiretroviral therapy(HAART) can reduce viral load rapidly and promote immune reconstruction, thereby reducing the number of HIV related complications and mortality, improving the level of treatment for AIDS greatly. However, the difficulty of treatment is some patients may be vulnerable to disease such as insufficient immune reconstitution and immune reconstitution inflammatory syndrome. TCM has a rich practice foundation and broad application prospect in regulation the immune function of the body. Through the basic and clinical research in insufficient immune reconstitution and immune reconstitution inflammatory syndrome of HIV/AIDS with TCM, it can promote efficacy with the joint of TCM and HAART and enhance the level of TCM prevention and treatment of HIV/AIDS.
