蒙古扁桃药材石油醚提取物的成分分析及其对降血脂作用的量效关系和抗氧化方面的研究
Components analysis,dose-effect relationship and antioxidation of the petroleum ether extracted from Amygdalus mongolica
【摘要】 目的:探讨蒙古扁桃药材石油醚提取物的成分及其对降血脂作用的量效关系和抗氧化方面的研究。方法:GC/MS法分析蒙古扁桃药材石油醚提取物的成分;Wistar雄性大鼠分成正常组(10只)与模型组(70只),建模成功后随机均分为高脂模型组、辛伐他汀组、蒙古扁桃药材石油醚提取物各剂量组(生药量为3.0、1.5、0.75、0.375、0.1875g/kg)。测定血清中TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、MDA、SOD及GSH的含量。结果:蒙古扁桃石油醚提取物中不饱和脂肪酸达73.20%;蒙古扁桃药材石油醚提取物0.75、1.5g/kg组血清TC、LDL-C含量较高脂模型组显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),其降血脂可能的有效剂量范围是0.5426-1.5000g/kg;蒙古扁桃药材石油醚提取物0.75、1.5g/kg组血清MDA显著降低以及SOD、GSH含量显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);蒙古扁桃药材石油醚提取物0.375g/kg组血清SOD含量显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:蒙古扁桃药材石油醚提取物主要成分是不饱和脂肪酸,并且在一定剂量范围内有具有降血脂和抗氧化作用。
【Abstract】 Objective: To explore components, the dose-effect relationship and antioxidation of the petroleum ether extract from Amygdalus mongolica. Methods: The GC/MS was used to analysis of the petroleum ether extract from Amygdalus mongolica. The Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group 10 and model group 70, and then the hperlipidemia rats were divided into high fat diet control group, simvastatin group and different dose of the petroleum ether extract from Amygdalus mongolica groups(3.0, 1.5, 0.75, 0.375, 0.1875 g/kg). The level of TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, MDA, SOD, GSH were measured. Results: The content of unsaturated fatty acids in the petroleum ether extract from Amygdalus mongolica is 73.20%. The level of serum TC, LDL-C were significantly lower from 0.75 g/kg and 1.5 g/kg group(P<0.05, P<0.01), and the possible effect does range of hperlipidemic was 0.5426-1.5000 g/kg; 0.75 g/kg and 1.5 g/kg group of MDA was markedly lower, and the levels of SOD and GSH were significantly increased(P<0.05, P<0.01); 0.375 g/kg group of SOD and GSH levels increased(P<0.05). Conclusion: The petroleum ether extract from Amygdalus mongolica is the main component of unsaturated fatty acid, and shows significantly hypolipidemic and antioxidant effects in a certain dose range.
