【摘要】 北京联合张家口成功申办了2022年的冬奥会,为推动冰雪运动的发展,提出了"3亿人参与冰雪运动"的战略目标,国家随即出台了一系列的政策,冰雪政策的制定对我国冰雪运动及冰雪产业的发展起到了积极推动作用。运用文献资料法、数据地图分析法,从政策发布主体、发展趋势等方面对当下冰雪运动的相关政策文件进行了分析,发现当前冰雪运动政策发展呈现以下趋势:由中央向地方扩散,东西部发展差异明显,产业化进程加快。未来冰雪运动将持续以政策为主导,政策制定具体化细分化,科技创新将是驱动力,以此为我国冰雪运动的发展提供理论支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 Beijing joint Zhangjiakou successfully applied for the 2022 Winter Olympics. In order to promote the development of the ice and snow sports,the strategic goal of"300 million people on the ice and snow"was put forward,and the state immediately issued a series of policies. The ice and snow policy has played a positive role in promoting the development of China’s ice and snow sports and ice and snow industry. Using the literature data method and data map analysis method,the paper analyzes the relevant policy documents of the current snow and ice sports from the aspects of policy release subjects and development trends,and finds that the current ice and snow sports policy development has the following trends: from the central to the local,the development difference of the east and the west is obvious and the industrialization process is accelerating. In the future,the policy of snow and ice will continue to be dominated by policies,and the formulation of policies will be subdivided. Scientific and technological innovation will be the driving force and provide theoretical support for the development of China’s ice and snow sports.更多还原
