【摘要】 研究在有限的时间里如何实现越野滑雪后备人才队伍建设质的飞跃,为2022年北京冬奥会我国越野滑雪项目奖牌零的突破提高理论决策依据。认为我国运动员的国际比赛成绩不突出,与世界优秀运动员的差距比较明显;高山滑雪的人多,越野滑雪的人少,业余体校、专业体校生源萎缩,无法形成金字塔型的人才范式;可供大众越野滑雪的场地、器材装备与经费缺乏;越野滑雪教练员数量较少,教练员缺乏国际视野的执教理念与能力等,是制约越野滑雪后备人才培养的主要问题。提出制定针对不同层面的国家扶持政策;加强对越野滑雪赛事与体育文化的宣传力度,促进青少年高山滑雪人口转化为越野滑雪人口;提升本土教练员的执教水平,积极引进外籍教练;为青少年运动员学习文化知识提供保障条件,培养其自觉学习的意识等提升越野滑雪后备人才培养质量的有效对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper studies how to realize the qualitative leap of cross-country skiing reserve talent team construction in a limited time, and raises the theoretical decision-making basis for the breakthrough of the medals of cross-country skiing in China in the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics. It is considered that the international competition results of Chinese athletes are not outstanding, and the gap with the world’s elite athletes is more obvious; there are many people skiing in the mountains, fewer people cross-country skiing, and the abortion sports school and professional sports school students are shrinking, and the pyramid-type talent paradigm cannot be formed; For the mass cross-country skiing venues, lack of equipment and funding; the number of cross-country skiing coaches is small, coaches lack of international vision of coaching concepts and capabilities are the main problems that restrict the training of cross-country skiing reserve talents.
