【摘要】 2022年北京冬奥会的成功申办,我国的冰雪产业迎来了发展的良机,冰雪产业的大发展需要大量冰雪人才的投入。目前,我国的冰雪人才数量和质量都不足以满足北京冬奥会的需求。加强冰雪人才培养模式的研究,改善冰雪后备人才储备,已经成了当前亟待解决的问题。通过文献资料法、专家访谈法以及逻辑分析法,探究冰雪人才培养"区域高校联盟"模式对冰雪人才培养数量和质量的影响,以期为我国冰雪人才培养提供建设性意见。更多还原

【Abstract】 For successfully holding Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics,a great deal of ice-snow professionals will be needed. At present,the quantity and quality of ice-snow professionals in China are not enough to meet this games’ needs. It has become an urgent problem to strengthen the research on the mode of developing the ice-snow professionals and improve the professional reserve. With the methods of literature,expert interviews and logical analysis,the paper discusses the effect of"regional university alliance"mode on developing the ice-snow professionals’ quantity and quality. It suggests some strategies for the"regional university alliance"development mode: emancipating the mind and keeping abreast of the times,reasonably choosing the members of"regional university alliance",fully sharing the ice-snow professionals’ cultivation resources with the help of network information technology,enhancing the members’ self competitiveness.更多还原
