TLR9 rs5743836基因多态性与HBV相关原发性肝癌的关系
Relationship between TLR9 rs5743836 polymorphism and primary hepatocellular carcinoma related with hepatitis B virus
【摘要】 目的:分析内蒙古西部鄂尔多斯地区汉族人群Toll样受体9(TLR9)rs5743836单核苷酸位点多态性与乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染相关原发性肝癌(HCC)发病风险的关系。方法:采用病例对照研究,收集内蒙古鄂尔多斯地区慢性HBV感染相关的HCC患者167例为HCC组,同时收集该地区400例健康人作为对照组(包括未感染HBV者316例和HBV感染自发清除者84例)。采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性技术(PCR-RFLP)对所有样本TLR9基因rs5743836位点进行基因分型,比较HCC组和对照组的基因型、等位基因频率差异,同时采用性别、年龄分层等方法分析该位点基因多态性与HCC发病的相关性。结果:TLR9 rs5743836位点多态性与HBV相关HCC发病风险无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:TLR9 rs5743836可能在HBV相关HCC发病中不起主要作用。
【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the associations of single nucleotide polymorphism( SNP) rs5743836 in Toll-like receptor 9( TLR9)with the risk of primary hepatocellular carcinoma( HCC) related with hepatitis B virus( HBV) in Han population of Ordos. Methods: 167 patients with HCC related with chronic HBV in Ordos were chosen as GroupHCC,and 400 healthy people,including 316 uninfected people and 84 individuals with spontaneous clearance of HBV in the same region were collected as the control group,a case control study made. SNP rs5743836 loci of all the samples were sorted genetically by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism( PCR-RFLP) technique.Differences of gene types and allele frequency distributions between GroupHCC and the control group were compared. Meanwhile,associations between SNP rs5743836 and the risk of HCC were analyzed by using gender and age stratification method. Results: SNP rs5743836 had no association with the risk of HCC. Conclusion: TLR9 rs5743836 may not play a major role in the pathogenesis of HCC.
