护理学实践教学阶梯式考核与多元化评价研究

【摘要】 目的:评价阶梯式考试模式和多元化评价体系在护理学实践教学中的实施效果。方法:以护理学专业本科生为研究对象,设观察组[n=59(2014级)]、对照组[n=60(2013级)]。两组实践教学时数和进度相同,对照组采取期末单项随机抽签考试及教师评价的方法进行考核,观察组采取由易到难的三阶梯式考试模式和学生参与的多维评价体系,比较两组学生期末护理基本操作考试核心步骤错误率,并采用医学及其相关专业大学生学习积极主动性(active learning state,ALS)量表测试其学习积极主动性。结果:观察组查对制度执行率(3.4%)和无菌原则核心步骤错误率(4.2%)低于对照组(16.7%、19.4%)(P<0.05),观察组学习积极主动性总分高于对照组(P<0.05),其中深入学习、控制学习、扎实学习3个维度得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:护理实践教学考试实施阶梯式考试与多元化评价,能督导学生课堂和课后动手操作,提升学生的学习积极主动性。

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the effect of progressive examination and multivariate evaluation in nursing practice teaching. Methods: The undergraduates enrolled in School of Nursing in 2014 and in 2013 were selected,the former as the experimental group( n = 59) and the latter as the control group( n = 60). The hour and progress of nursing practice teaching were the same in the two groups. The control group was assessed by the method of random lottery with which items in the final exam are identified and teacher evaluation; the observation group adopted the three-step progressive examination mode and multivariate evaluation system for assessment. The error rate of the core steps in the basic nursing operation in the final examination was compared between the two groups. Students’ learning initiative was tested with active learning state( ALS) scales in medical and relevant majors. Results: The implementation rate of check system( 3. 4 %) and the error rate of core steps in aseptic technique( 4.2 %) in the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group( 16. 7 % and 19. 4 %,respectively)( P < 0. 05). The total score of learning initiative in the experimental group was higher than that of the control( P < 0. 05). The scores in three dimensions including in-depth study,control study,and solid learning in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group( P < 0. 05).Conclusion: The progressive examination and multivariate evaluation in nursing practice teaching can promote students’ in-class and after-class practice and improve students’ learning initiative.
