心率变异性以及血浆NT-proBNP水平对冠状动脉病变程度的临床评估效果
The clinical effect of heart rate variability and plasma NT-pro BNP level on the degree of coronary artery disease
【摘要】 目的:研究心率变异性以及血浆NT-pro BNP水平对冠状动脉病变程度的临床评估效果。方法:检查200例冠心病患者的心率变异性以及血浆N端脑钠肽前体(NT-pro BNP)水平,按照冠脉造影后的Syntax评分分为高危组(33例)、中危组(57例)、低危组(72例)、对照组(38例),比较四组的SDANN、SDNN、PNN50、r MSSD以及血浆NT-pro BNP水平。结果:对照组SDANN、SDNN、PNN50、r MSSD高于其他组(P<0.05),对照组血浆NT-pro BNP水平低于其他组(P<0.05),心率变异性与冠状动脉病变程度呈负相关(rPNN50=-0.41,rSDNN=-0.39,rSDANN=-0.38,rr MSSD=-0.29;P<0.05),血浆NT-pro BNP水平与冠状动脉病变程度呈正相关(r=0.92,P<0.05)。结论:心率变异性以及血浆NT-pro BNP水平可作为临床上评估冠状动脉病变程度的指标。
【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical evaluation effect of heart rate variability and plasma NT-pro BNP level on the degree of coronary artery disease. Methods: The heart rate variability and plasma NT-pro BNP levels for 200 cases of coronary heart disease were detected and according to the Syntax score after coronary angiography,all patients were divided into high-risk group( 33 cases),moderate group( 57 cases),low-risk group( 72 cases) and normal group( 38 cases). The levels of SDANN,SDNN,PNN50,r MSSD and plasma NT-pro BNP were compared in the four groups. Results: SDANN,SDNN,PNN50 and r MSSD in the control group were higher than other groups( P < 0. 05). The plasma NT-pro BNP level in the control group was lower than that in the other groups( P < 0. 05). Heart rate variability was negatively correlated with the degree of coronary artery disease( rPNN50=-0. 41; rSDNN=-0. 39; rSDANN=-0. 38; rRMSSD=-0. 29); the level of plasma NT-pro BNP was positively correlated with the degree of coronary artery disease( r = 0. 92). Conclusion: The heart rate variability and plasma NT-pro BNP level can be used as clinical indicators to evaluate the degree of coronary artery disease.
