特大断面公路隧道的光面爆破技术研究

【摘要】 光面爆破是减少围岩超欠挖和破裂损伤的关键技术。以京沪高速济南连接线浆水泉特大断面隧道为工程背景,在总结分析原常规爆破方案存在的主要问题基础上,经过多次现场光面爆破试验与爆破参数优化,进而提出了一套适合于浆水泉隧道Ⅲ、Ⅳ级围岩的光面爆破方案。应用结果表明:光面爆破技术可有效地控制围岩超欠挖及爆破损伤,将平均线性超挖量由原来的0. 20~0. 25 m降低到0. 07~0. 12 m,保证开挖轮廓的光滑平顺,有利于围岩稳定。

【Abstract】 Smooth blasting is a key technique to reduce overbreak or underbreak and minimize fracturing damage of surrounding rock at the boundary of an excavation. Based on the Jiang Shui-quan tunnel with super-large section of Jinan connection line of Beijing-Shanghai highway,the main problems existing in the original conventional blasting scheme were summarized and analyzed,and a few of field smooth blasting tests were also carried out. Through optimizing the smooth blasting parameters,a set of tunnel smooth blasting scheme suitable for the tunnel with Ⅲ and Ⅳclass surrounding rock was finally put forward. The application results show that smooth blasting technique can effectively control the blasting overbreak or underbreak and damage of surrounding rock and the average linear overbreak is reduced from 0. 20 ~ 0. 25 m to 0. 07 ~ 0. 12 m,which ensures the smooth outline of the excavation and is helpful to the stability of surrounding rock.
