【摘要】 目的:评价系统性健康教育对预防外周静脉留置针并发症和提高留置时间的临床效果。方法:在中国知网、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、Pubmed、Medline、Cochrane library和Embase上检索相关文献,提取有效数据采用RevMan 5.3进行Meta分析。结果:Meta分析结果显示,与常规护理相比,系统性健康教育的外周静脉留置针留置时间(MD=30.35,95%CI:21.38～39.32,P<0.000 01)更长,静脉炎发生率(OR=0.24,95%CI:0.16～0.37,P<0.000 01)、渗液发生率(OR=0.22,95%CI:0.10～0.47,P <0.000 1)、血肿发生率(OR=0.37,95%CI:0.20～0.69,P=0.001)、堵管发生率(OR=0.20,95%CI:0.13～0.33,P<0.000 01)和皮肤炎症发生率(OR=0.22,95%CI:0.11～0.44,P <0.000 1)更低,患者满意度(MD=6.86,95%CI:3.06～10.66,P=0.000 4)更高。结论:系统性健康教育可以提高静脉留置针的留置时间,降低并发症发生率,有效提高患者的满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of systematic health education on prevention of peripheral venous indwelling needle complications and improvement of retention time.Methods:The relevant references were searched on the China knowledge network,Wanfang database,Chinese biomedical literature database,Pubmed,Medline,Cochrane library and Embase.The data were extracted and analyzed by RevMan 5.3.Results:Compared to conventional health education,systematic health education had a longer retention time of peripheral venous indwelling needle(MD=30.35,95%CI:21.38 to 39.32,P<0.000 01),lower incidence of phlebitis(OR=0.24,95%CI:0.16 to 0.37,P<0.000 01),exudation(OR=0.22,95%CI:0.10 to 0.47,P<0.000 1),hematoma(OR=0.37,95%CI:0.20 to 0.69,P=0.001),pipe plugging(OR=0.20,95%CI:0.13 to 0.33,P<0.000 01)and skin inflammation(OR=0.22,95%CI:0.11 to 0.44,P<0.000 1),and a higher degree of patient satisfaction(MD=6.86,95%CI:3.06 to 10.66,P=0.000 4).Conclusion:Systematic health education can improve the retention time of venous indwelling needle,reduce incidence of complications and effectively improve the patient satisfaction.更多还原
