【摘要】 目的:探讨心室晚电位(VLP)在婴幼儿手足口病合并心肌炎中的临床价值。方法:选择2012年1月～2015年12月在我院儿科确诊的手足口病患儿80例,根据心肌炎严重程度分为轻症组(n=58)和重症组(n=22),再选择同期健康体检患儿40例作为对照组,均给予VLP检测。结果:轻症组VLP均为阴性,重症组VLP的阳性率为77.27%。结论:VLP可对手足口病合并心肌炎患儿的病情严重程度及预后作出评价,对于早期诊断出重症心肌炎患儿,降低死亡率具有重要临床参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical value of ventricular late potentials(VLP)for infants of hand-footmouth disease combined with viral myocarditis.Methods:80 cases diagnosed as hand-foot-mouth disease from January 2012 to December 2015 in our hospital were selected and divided into the mild group(n=58)and the severe group(n=22)according to the severity of myocarditis.40 cases of healthy children in the same period were taken as the control group.All children were given the detection of VLP.Results:The VLP were negative in the mild group.The postitive rate of VLP in the severe group was up to 77.27%.Conclusion:VLP is a potential evaluation indicator for severity and prognosis of hand-foot-mouth disease combined with viral myocarditis.It plays an important role in early diagnosis of children with severe myocarditis and reduction of mortality.更多还原
