BaO含量对ZnO-B2O3-Bi2O3-BaO系玻璃结构及性能的影响
Effects of BaO content on Structure and Properties of ZnO-B2O3-Bi2O3-BaO Glass
【摘要】 采用熔融法制备了ZnO-B2O3-Bi2O3-BaO系玻璃,利用傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、拉曼光谱(Raman)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)和热膨胀仪等技术手段研究了不同BaO含量(摩尔分数)(020%)对该体系玻璃结构及热性能的影响,采用质量损失法评价了玻璃的耐水性。结果表明:在所研究组成范围内,熔制温度为880℃均可制得均质玻璃;随着BaO含量的增加,玻璃特征温度呈上升趋势,玻璃的热稳定性逐渐增强,[BO4]四面体逐渐转化为[BO3]三角体,[BiO6]八面体转化为[BiO3]三角体,玻璃密度减小,耐水性变差,热膨胀系数增大。
【Abstract】 Glasses belong to ZnO-B2O3-Bi2O3-BaO system were prepared by a melting method in this paper.The effects of BaO content on the structure and thermal performance of ZnO-B2O3-Bi2O3-BaO glass were studied by using the Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),Raman spectroscopy(Raman),X-ray diffraction(XRD),Scanning electron microscope(SEM),differential scanning calorimeter(DSC)and thermal expansion instrument.Furthermore,the water resistance of specimens was studied using weight loss method.The results indicated that the homogenous glass can be prepared at the melting temperature of 880°C within the range of the composition studied.With increasing content of BaO,the characteristic temperature of the glasses gradually increases and the thermal stability become better.At the same,The[BO4]tetrahedron transformed into[BO3]triangle and[BiO6]℃tahedron transformed into[BiO3]triangle.In addition,the density decreases,water resistance becomes poor and the thermal expansion coefficient increases.
