锆英石合成及其应用

【摘要】 用石英砂和斜锆石为原料,添加TiO2,高温固相反应合成锆英石。用合成锆英石为原料,等静压成形,高温烧结制造高纯锆英石耐火材料。合成锆英石耐火材料已在高透过、低损耗光学玻璃制造熔炉中实际应用。

【Abstract】 Uaing quartz and baddeleyite as raw materials the zircon was synthesized by high temperature solid state reaction method with addition of Ti O2. Highly pure zircon refractory was manufactured from synthesized pure zircon through isostatic forming and high temperature sintering processes. The refractory has been applied to glass melting furnace for producing high transmittance and low loss optical glasses.
