风电叶片气动性修复原则研究
STUDY ON THE PRINCIPLE OF AERODYNAMIC REHABILITATION
【摘要】 简要阐述了复合材料叶片的发展状态、通用的片条理论和翼型的数值模拟方法等内容。运用二维流场分析的方法,对典型翼型截面的各个不同状态进行处理,得到不同状态下的应力云图和速度云图。根据各种状态下的受力情况及气体流速分布,重点探讨并推导出气动性修复原则的适用区域和基本要求,并且对复合材料叶片的修复原则前景进行了展望。
【Abstract】 The development status of the composite blade general strip theory and airfoil numerical simulation method is briefly described. A method of two-dimensional flow field analysis is used to deal with the different states of a typical airfoil section,so the stress nephogram and velocity nephogram in different states are obtained. According to the stress condition and gas velocity distribution in various states,the applicable area and basic requirements of the principle of aerodynamic rehabilitation are discussed and derived. The repair principle and prospect of composite blade are prospected.
