【摘要】 深入推进就业困难大学生精准帮扶工作是推进大学生就业工作的重要举措和突破高校毕业生就业困局的关键所在。基于工作选配理论,对北京市就业困难学生帮扶现状及所存在问题的成因进行深入研究,通过建立精准帮扶网络模型来分析精准帮扶机制促进就业的内在机理,结合北京市实际情况提出信息协同、队伍建设、资源优化等实施策略,以期推动就业精准帮扶机制的建立。更多还原

【Abstract】 Precisely offering help to college students with job employment difficulty is an important measure to promote the employment of college students,and it is the key to solve the employment issues of college graduates. Based on the job-matching theory,current supports available to college students in Beijing with job employment difficulty and its causes are thoroughly investigated. The inner mechanism of the targeted support mechanism to promote employment is analyzed through the establishment of targeted support network model,and the implementation strategies such as information collaboration,team building and resource optimization are proposed by considering the situation of Beijing so as to promote the establishment of targeted support mechanism.更多还原
