【Abstract】 Based on the communication advantage of digital information( new information for short) elements,the applications of new information and new technology in traditional sci-tech journals are explored. The result shows that the combination of new information and paper publishing makes it easy for readers to realize the interconnection of different publishing media. PC-end publishing can promote communication overall and quickly. We Chat public platform publishing increases the diversity of spread.
