【Abstract】 Peer review system has been used to ensure that academic results are impartial and effective in evaluation. In recent years, fraud peer review has appeared frequently and made researchers,even the whole society’s research integrity subjected into doubt. However,peer review frauds involve many parties,such as peer reviewers,editors,authors as well as the reviewing system. In this paper,the author analyzes the problems existing in peer review and summarizes the feasible measures to promote the healthy and orderly development of academic journals.更多还原
