【摘要】 北京舞蹈学院在创建"双一流大学"的过程中,以切实全面提升教学管理水平为总体目标,在实践中不断遵循以高等教育的普遍性为基础,探索建立符合艺术类高校教学规律和特色的教学督导体系。学校以教育教学督导作为新时期教学改革的重要途径和手段,不断传承创新先进教学理念,强化督导体制改革中的内涵建设与文化育人功能定位,同时以全方位人才培养监控与多维度督导梯队建设为具体目标,从而初步形成了一套系统完善、人员队伍专业、服务于教学育人的总目标且具有艺术类高校特色的教学质量评价体系与方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Beijing Dance Academy regards the improvement of overall management of teaching as the ultimate goal in the process of pursuing "double first class ". Based on general principles of higher education,BDA constantly explores the system of teaching supervision in accordance with characteristics of dance conservatory. As important means of reform in the new era,the supervision system is redefined and enhanced.
