控制系统及抗干扰措施在加速器质谱仪中的应用
Design and Application of the Control System and Anti-interference Methods in Accelerator Mass Spectrometer
【摘要】 研制了专用于大气污染物PM2.5分析的加速器质谱仪的自动控制系统,该分布式控制系统建立了无线局域网控制网络,数据传输采用了多种协议和总线技术。现场测控硬件采用西门子300系列PLC、MOXA串口联网服务器、ORTEC多道分析器以及MOXA工业交换机等器件。上位机软件采用面向虚拟仪器的图形化编程软件LabWindows/CVI;下位机采用西门子TIA Portal V13完成硬件组态。系统在软件和硬件两方面采取了一系列抗干扰措施,极大地减少了高压打火等因素对测控系统的干扰。该控制系统与以往的控制系统相比,系统更加稳定可靠,抗干扰能力得到较大增强,满足了加速器质谱仪长时间运行的要求。
【Abstract】 An automatic system has been developed to control the accelerator mass spectrometer for air pollutants PM2.5 analysis.The distributed control system has established wireless LAN control network,and data transmission has adopted many protocols and bus technologies.The field measurement and control hardware adopts the SIEMENS 300 series PLC,the MOXA serial port network server,the ORTEC multichannel analyzer and the MOXA industrial switch and so on.The host computer software is based on virtual instrument graphical programming software LabWindows/CVI,which is efficient,convenient and easy to use.The lower program uses SIEMENS TIA Portal V13 to complete the hardware configuration.The system has taken a series of anti-interference methods in terms of software and hardware,which greatly reduces the interference of high voltage on the measurement and control system.Compared with the past,the completed control system is more stable and reliable,and its anti-interference ability is greatly enhanced,which meets the requirement of the long-run operation of accelerator mass spectrometer.
