【摘要】 目的研究经过膝关节镜治疗的骨质疏松性胫骨平台骨折患者血清中血清骨碱性磷酸酶(bone alkaline phophatase,BALP)抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶-5b(tarte-resistant acid phosphatase,TRAP-5b)及Ⅰ型前胶原C-端肽(tyspeⅠprocollagen C peptide,PICP)水平的变化。方法选取骨质疏松性胫骨平台骨折患者100例,通过酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测膝关节镜治疗骨质疏松性胫骨平台前后患者血清中BALP、TRAP-5b及PICP水平。结果骨质疏松性胫骨平台骨折患者经过膝关节镜治疗后血清中BALP、TRAP-5b及PICP水平显著高于治疗前血清中的BALP、TRAP-5b及PICP水平,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膝关节镜治疗能促进骨细胞的活性和代谢,进而促进骨的形成,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the changes of BALP,TRAP-5 b and PICP in serum for osteoporotic tibial plateau fractures patients,who are treated with knee arthroscopy. Methods The levels of BALP,TRAP-Sb and PICP were measured by Elisa in 100 patients with osteoporotic tibial plateau fractures. Results After the treatment,the levels of BALP,TRAP-5 b and PICP in patients were significantly decreased compared with the pre-treatment state(P < 0. 05).
