【摘要】 目的评价免疫透射比浊法与免疫散射比浊法测定CRP的一致性。方法采用免疫透射比浊法与免疫散射比浊法检测相同样本的CRP,并将检测结果分为三个浓度水平(0～8mg/L、8～50mg/L和51~200 mg/L),在所有结果和各浓度水平的测定结果间进行相关分析、组内相关系数分析和Bland-Altman分析,绘制一致性限度(limits of agreement)作为评价一致性的指标。结果两种方法在所有浓度水平以及各浓度水平都具有良好的一致性;相关分析提示各浓度之间具有良好的相关性,但是差异有统计学意义;组内一致性检验提示各浓度间具有一致性;Bland-Altman图提示各浓度间结果具有一致性。结论两种方法测定血清CRP结果具有专业一致性,相关分析提示两组数据相关性良好,有显著性差异,ICC和Bland-Altman在评价一致性方面更具有优势,提示实验室在比较不同方法检测一致性的时候应该采用多种不同的检验方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the agreement of immune turbidimetry and immune nephelometry methods results in detecting serum C-reactive protein. Methods The CRP of the same samples was determined by the two methods and the results were classed into three levels(0-8 mg/L,8-50 mg/L and 51-200 mg/L). The correlation analysis, ICC and Bland-Altman were performed based on the limits of agreement. Results Correlation analysis showed that the CRP results from different methods had good correlation but with significant differences in each group. ICC and Bland-Altman showed that there was no significant difference between the CRP results from different groups. Conclusion The two methods showed a strong agreement in detecting CRP. The correlation analysis showed a good correlation but with significant difference in each group of two types of CRP detecting methods, while ICC and Bland-Altman method may be used as an optimized techniques for the consistency assessment, which suggests that we should take different statistical methods to analyze the agreement of different methods.更多还原
