【摘要】 目的探讨洗涤红细胞输注联合血液置换在自身免疫性溶血性贫血(AIHA)患者输血治疗中的临床效果。方法将我院自2015年10月至2017年10月间收治的AIHA患者70例随机分为两组各35例,研究组给予洗涤红细胞输注联合血液置换进行治疗,对照组单纯给予洗涤红细胞输注进行治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果研究组和对照组患者的临床总有效率分别为94.29%(33/35)和74.29%(26/35),组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组和对照组患者的不良反应发生率分别为5.71%和11.43%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前两组患者血红蛋白、红细胞、胆红素、网织红细胞等指标的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后血红蛋白、红细胞水平均明显升高,胆红素和网织红细胞水平明显降低,其中研究组患者各项指标改善情况均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论洗涤红细胞联合输注血液置换治疗AIHA临床效果显著,患者血液各项指标恢复明显,安全可靠,可推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transfusion combined with washing erythrocyte transfusion in patients with autoimmune hemolytic anemia(AIHA). Methods 70 patients with AIHA who were treated in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 were randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases each. The study group was given the RBC infusion combined with blood replacement for treatment while the control group was simple given the washed red blood cell infusion for treatment. We then observed the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients. Results The total effective rate of the patients in the study group and the control group was 94. 29%(33/35) and 74. 29%(26/35). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0. 05). The incidence rates of adverse reactions were 5. 71%(P >0.05). There were no significant differences in Hb,RBC,bilirubin and reticulocyte between the two groups before the treatment(P > 0. 05). After the treatment, the levels of Hb and RBC were significantly higher,while bilirubin and reticulocyte levels decreased significantly, in which the improvement of all the indicators of the study group were better than the control group, with the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of washing erythrocyte combined with transfusion of blood transfusions in the treatment of AIHA is significant. All indexes of blood in the treated patients recovered significantly. The method is safe and reliable,and can be used widely.更多还原
