【摘要】 遵循人才培养规律,尊重办学发展历史,北京联合大学明确提出"建设城市型、应用型大学"的目标。该目标既是基于大学分类理论与学校发展实际相结合的战略思考,也是大学类型及其分类标准在新时期的实践探索,更是深化应用型大学发展过程中的一种价值诉求与承诺。在其建设与发展过程中,应坚持"集中优势、重点突破、带动全面"的路径,将对所在城市的系统、前瞻分析作为大学发展规划的坐标,充分认识"调整的主动性"与"发展的主动权"的相关性,确保大学的发展定位与城市的未来高度契合,同时,将建立符合自身特点的现代大学制度作为城市型、应用型大学健康可持续发展的重要保障,形成大学与城市相互促进的良性循环,体现城市型、应用型大学在中国高等教育大众化阶段的应有价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Following the law of talent cultivation and respecting the history of school development, Beijing Union University has clearly proposed the goal of building a "city-based, application-oriented university". This goal is not only a strategic thinking based on the combination of university classification theory and school development, but also a practical exploration of university types and their classification criteria in the new era, and it is a value appeal and commitment in deepening the development of application-oriented universities.
