AFG-90基固体浮力材料的固化动力学与性能研究

【摘要】 为了确定N,N-二缩水甘油对氨基苯酚缩水甘油醚环氧树脂(AFG-90)/四氢邻苯二甲酸酐(THPA)的固化工艺,采用非等温DSC法研究了固化反应动力学,制备了添加空心玻璃微珠(HGM)的固体浮力材料.结果表明,mAFG-90∶mTHPA=1∶1为最佳配比;Kissinger法计算的表观活化能E为67.72kJ·mol-1,指前因子lg A为8.20s-1;最概然机理函数为Avrami-Erofeev方程;固化工艺为100℃,1.0h,125℃,2.5h;添加HGM的固体浮力材料的密度为0.90g·cm-3,压缩强度为113MPa.

【Abstract】 In order to determine the curing process of N,N-diglycidyl p-aminophenol glycidyl ether epoxy resin(AFG-90)/tetrahydrophthalic anhydride(THPA),curing reaction kinetics was studied by non-isothermal differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) method,and the solid buoyancy material with hollow glass microbeads(HGM)was prepared.Results show that the best ratio of AFG-90/THPA is 1∶1.The apparent activation energy(E)and pre-exponential factor(lg A)obtained by Kissinger method are 67.72 kJ·mol-1 and 8.20 s-1,respectively.The most probable mechanism function of curing process can be described as Avrami-Erofeev equation.The curing process is 100 ℃,1.0 hand 125 ℃,2.5 h.The density and compressive strength of solid buoyancy material are 0.90 g·cm-3 and 113 MPa,respectively.
