【摘要】 由于科学技术工作者往往只注重科学技术的客观公共性,因而科学技术被看成仅仅是价值中立的,进而科学技术就会被仅仅当成一种谋取物质利益和提升人类认识与改造世界能力的工具。在这种观念的影响下,随着人类的生产、生活过程深度的科学技术化,以科学技术为支撑的人类活动所造成的环境污染、生态系统失衡及感受生活意义的能力下降等所带来的负面影响已无人幸免。由于无人幸免,因而也是一种公共性,只不过是负的公共性或坏的公共性。为了消解坏的公共性,就需建构一种好的公共性,即人本性公共性,这种人本性公共性就是科学技术的应有约束。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since scientific and technical experts often pay only attention to the objective publicity of science and technology,science and technology are thus seen as merely neutrality of value.Moreover,science and technology will be just seen as tools of seeking material interests and promoting human knowledge and ability to transform the world.Under the influence of such concept,with the process of human production and living deeply influenced by science and technology,the environmental pollution,the ecosystem unbalance and a decrease in the ability of feeling life meaning caused by science and technology as the support of human activities,nobody can escape such negative impacts as nobody escapes.Since no one is immune,it is also a kind of publicity,but it is a negative publicity or bad publicity.In order to solve the problem of the bad publicity,it is necessary to construct a kind of good publicity,namely,the publicity of human nature.更多还原
