剧场防火隔离幕阻尼系统特性分析与应用研究
Characteristic Analysis and Application Research of Damping System for Fire Curtain
【摘要】 剧场防火隔离幕的阻尼装置涉及到影响效果的关键技术。目前业内采用的阀控液泵式阻尼系统,其结构参数匹配仅适合于控制阻尼下降总时间比较宽泛的应用条件,难以达到国外同类技术控制的时间要求。通过对现有结构系统的运动与动力性能分析,以及泵、阀特性分析,结合调试结果,从原理上证明了现有系统不能达到下降阻尼总时间缩短的原因,提出了调整提升速度参数或改变结构配置的方案,计算及试验说明可达到理想结果。
【Abstract】 The damping system of fire curtain is critical technology for theater construction. Valve control hydraulic pump damping system is widely used in the field,which param-pattern is only relatively broad definition of damping system,and it is not qualified to the time response of these facilities from overseas.The reasons of the poor controlling of damping system are found in theory for the dynamic performance of the system. A plan has been pointed out for the speed promotion and system optimizing,which has good agreement with numerical and experimental results.
