【摘要】 2014年国家启动了住院医师规范化培训(住培)制度建设,广大住院医师得到了规范、严格、细致的医学培养。但在培训过程中,住院医师所承受的心理压力往往被忽视,导致部分学员培训时处于心理亚健康状态,甚至出现心理疾病。因此,住院医师规范化培训不仅要严格把好医学培养关,在培训期间还应多关注住院医师的心理状况,努力缓解其心理压力。中南大学湘雅三医院总结归纳多年住院医师培训管理经验,调研目前住院医师的心理状况,提出了缓解住院医师心理压力的"三层保障",即从医院、带教老师和住院医师三个层面,通过医院的经济保障、生活保障、学习保障,通过带教老师教学时帮助住院医师发现新鲜感、激发成就感、培养归属感、增强参与感,以及住院医师之间工作上互相激励、生活上互相帮助,使住院医师在顺利完成规范化培训的同时,培养适应当代中国医疗环境的、优良的心理素质。"三层保障"以住院医师为核心对象,围绕住院医师全面考虑、多方位服务,缓解其心理压力,确保了培训质量,为培养出身心健康的医疗接班人打下了基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 The institutional improvement of Chinese standardized residency training initiated in 2014, and because of that the residents had received standard, strict and meticulous medical training. However, the psychological pressures suffered by residents during the training process were often ignored, which made the residents in a sub-health mental state and even have mental illness. Therefore, the standardized residency training should not only focus on medical training, but also pay more attention to the psychological conditions of the residents and try to ease their psychological pressures. Based on the experience of years of resident-training and-managemen,and the investigations of current psychological status of the residents, the Xiangya Third Hospital of Central South University proposed the "triple protection" in order to cultivate the residents with excellent psychological qualities. The "triple protection" was composed of three layers: the hospital、teaching teachers、and residents. The hospital provided economic security、living security and learning security. The clinical teachers helps the residents to find senses of freshness、increase their self-confidence、create senses of belonging and enhance their participation in the clinical practice. Residents encouraged each other at work and help each other in life. The "triple protection" provided comprehensive considerations and multi-faceted services to ease the psychological pressures of residents, which ensured the quality of training and cultivated medical successors with physical and mental health.更多还原
