【摘要】 临床教学能力是住院医师规范化培训(住培)的培养内容之一,住院医师是临床教学队伍的重要组成部分。如何让住院医师在规范化培训过程中达到"具备良好教学与科研能力"的培养目标,同时又保证临床教学质量,日照市人民医院进行了相关的研究工作。医院住培管理部门及各专业基地重视住院医师的教学作用,注重强化住院医师的教学意识,训练住院医师的教学思维,激发住院医师的教学热情。通过各项措施的实施,不断提高住院医师的教学意识与能力,使其在临床教学中更快的成长,更圆满的达成住培目标,并为将来成为具有较高教学水平的主治医师打下坚实基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Clinical teaching ability is one of the training contents of the standardized residency training programs. Residents are also an important part of the clinical teaching team. People’s Hospital of Rizhao has done some research work on how to make the residents reach the training goals of gaining good teaching and scientific research abilities, and ensure clinical teaching qualities at the same time.The residents management department and teaching bases for different specialties payed great attention to the teaching functions of residents. By emphasizing residents’ consciousness of teaching and training their teaching skills, residents’ enthusiasms for teaching had been raised. Through the implementation of various measures, residents’ teaching awareness and abilities had been constantly improved,which in return made them grow faster in the teaching activities and achieve the goals of residency training better.更多还原
