基于岗位胜任力的专业基地核心教学团队构建与运行

【摘要】 在加快推进住院医师规范化培训(住培)制度落实的新形势下,要充分认识到核心教学团队的构建与运行对于专业基地建设的重要性。作为住培过程中的主导,核心教学团队对创新教学模式、提升住培质量、培养卓越医学人才十分重要。住培专业基地要尽早根据不同胜任力要求与分工,构建一支优秀的核心教学团队、设计顶层住培理念、研究探讨教学模式、定期开展教学活动、建立健全考核体系、营造浓郁的教学氛围,全面提高住院医师的临床思维与能力水平。浙江大学医学院附属妇产科医院妇产科专业基地提出了核心教学团队的"齿轮说",即团队间的不同角色如同齿轮环上的其中一个齿轮,只有每个齿轮在相应的位置保持匀速的速度运转,整个教学核心团队的运作才能高效有序地进行,住培的质量才能得以提升,卓越医学人才的培养才能得到有效保障。

【Abstract】 In the new situation of boosting implementation of standardized residency training system, we should fully recognize the importance of construction and running of the core teaching team in building residency training base. As the leading role in the process of residency training, the core teaching team is very important for innovating in teaching mode, improving the quality of residency training, and cultivating excellent medical care talents. The training base should establish an excellent core teaching team based on competence and division of work as soon as possible, including designing top concept, exploring training mode, carrying out teaching activities regularly, building and improving the assessment system, and creating a better training atmosphere, in order to improve the clinical thinking ability of the residents. The Gynecology & Obstetrics base at Women’s Hospital, School of Medicine Zhejiang University proposed the "gear theory" of the core teaching team. Different roles of the team are similar to one of the gears around the gear ring. Only each gear run at a constant speed at the corresponding position can the whole core teaching team operate well. On the condition, the quality of residency training can be improved, and the training of excellent medical care talents can be effectively guaranteed.
