【摘要】 了解不同培训专业住院医师的职业精神现况,为不同培训专业住院医师职业精神的教育提供反馈与参考。本研究运用《住院医师职业精神评价表》,采用自评和带教老师评价(师评)两种评价方法对172名在中南大学湘雅医院轮岗中的住院医师职业精神现状进行了评价。结果显示:住院医师职业精神总体评价较好,在职业精神评价的7个维度中,自评结果为内科系统、外科系统、医技系统3组间的"关怀仁爱之心"得分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),内科系统、外科系统的得分高于医技系统。师评结果为内科系统、外科系统、医技系统3组间的职业精神评价各维度得分均无差异。在职业精神评价的29个指标中,自评结果为内科系统、外科系统、医技系统3组间的"优先考虑患者的利益""尊重并理解患者的民族、经济状况、社会地位、文化层次""善于沟通,知道何时倾听、何时发言、何时保持沉默"差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。师评结果为内科系统、外科系统、医技系统3组间的"对患者进行个性化治疗""在困难和紧张的环境氛围中能保持良好自控""在集体学习、反馈、小组讨论时主动承担任务",差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。更多还原

【Abstract】 To learn about the current status of professionalisms of residents from different specialties and provide feedbacks for professionalism education, this study applied ‘Professionalism Evaluations of Residents’ by both self-evaluation and teacherevaluation on 172 residents in rotation in Xiangya Hospital of Central South University. The results showed that the general status of professionalisms among those residents were good. Among the 7 indicators of professionalism evaluation, the residents’ self-evaluation revealed that, for the indicator ‘care and love’, there was an apparent difference(P<0.05) among scores of residents from Internal medicine, Surgery, and Medical Technology groups. Residents from internal medicine and Surgery have a higher score than that of residents in medical technology. In contrast, the teacher-evaluation results showed that scores for all indicators are no obvious differences among residents from all three groups. Among the 29 sub-indicators of professionalism evaluation, the residents’ self-evaluation results informed that the apparent different average scores(P<0.05) of residents from internal medicine, surgery and medical technology lie in ‘puting patients’ need in priority’ ‘respecting and understanding patients’ ethnic cultures, financial conditions, social status, educational levels, and ‘being good at communication and knowing when to listen, when to speak and when to keep silent’. The teacher-evaluation results told that among the three groups of residents, they behaved in an obviously different way(P<0.05) when it came to ‘providing individualized treatment’ ‘keeping good self-control amid difficulties and tension’, and ‘actively undertaking assignments during group study, debriefing and group discussions’.更多还原
