【摘要】 随着国家分级诊疗的逐步推进,全科医生的作用也日益凸显。高等医学院校在培养全科医学人才、促进学科发展方面发挥着举足轻重的作用。《关于改革完善全科医生培养与使用激励机制的意见》的出台对全科医生培养与使用激励机制进行了重要改革,这要求高等医学院校应将促进全科医学学科建设和发展作为其核心任务。北京大学医学部高度重视全科医学发展,借鉴发达国家成熟体系经验,在学科建设、师资培养、本科生及毕业后培训、继续教育等方面做出有益尝试,为其他高等医学院校进行全科医学学科建设提供借鉴和参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the gradual advancement of hierarchical medical system, the role of general practitioners has become increasingly prominent. Medical colleges and universities play an important role in cultivating general practitioners and promoting the development of general medicine. The announcement of the ‘Opinions on reform and improvement of general practitioners’ training and applying incentive mechanisms’ has made important reforms in general practitioners’ training and applying incentive mechanisms. This required that medical colleges and universities should regard promoting the construction and development of general practice as their core mission. Peking University Health Science Center attached great importance to the development of general practice, learn from experience of developed countries and made beneficial modification discipline construction, faculty training, undergraduate and postgraduate training and continuing education in the hope of provideing reference for general practice discipline construction for other medical colleges and universities.更多还原
