【摘要】 技能操作是住院医师规范化培训(住培)专业基地现场必查的指标之一,主要考评的是带教老师的教学质量和培训对象的学习效果。随着住培制度的深入落实,老师带教水平和住院医师操作能力不断提高。因在患者身上实操有诸多限制且不一定能完成国家规定的操作数量,因此模拟教学,即在模具上进行培训和操作就成了弥补培训方法和数量不足的方式之一。检查发现:不少内科专业基地的技能操作带教与临床实际情况存在差距,因此,首先做好带教老师的培训是现阶段重要任务之一。本文针对如何做好内科技能操作带教提供了一些方法学方面的建议,带教老师和住院医师从中可以学到模拟教学的一些基本知识,有助于临床技能带教和操作能力的提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 To evaluate operation skills is the essential index of on-site inspection on standardized training base of residents, which mainly concerns to teaching qualities and learning outcome. Along with the implementation of training system of residency, there are great development of operation capacities of residents and professional abilities of teachers. On account of many limitations of practice on real patients, stimulate teaching can supply the deficiency of training methodology and achieve the required quantities of operation. After the inspection, it is demonstrated that quit a few performances of operation teaching in training base didn’t meet the requirement of practice. Therefore, at this stage, one of the most important aims is to train the qualified clinical teachers. This article offers some suggestions on how to implement qualified operation teaching in the respect of methodology. Thus both teachers and trainees can obtain some basic knowledge about stimulate teaching, and the improvement of clinical teaching and operation skill will be achieved.更多还原
