【摘要】 [目的]从阳气失常的角度探讨抑郁症的病因病机和临证诊疗思维。[方法]根据中医基础理论、中医古籍文献,并查阅近代从阳论治抑郁症的相关文献,结合所学知识及临床经验,从理论及治疗方面探讨阳气失常与抑郁症之间的关系,并举典型验案一则以佐证。[结果]抑郁症一派阴症的临床表现,均是阳气不足或阳气运行失常的外在体现。结合时代因素考虑,阳气多虚、阳气多郁,因此抑郁症的发生与阳气失常密切相关,多因阳气虚衰、温养失责或阳气郁遏、枢机不利所致。临证治疗应以温阳解郁、宣阳开郁为基本治则。所举验案以温阳解郁为基本治疗大法,临床疗效确切。[结论]从阳气失常的角度论治抑郁症具有独特优势,可显著提高临床疗效,值得学习和研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] Discussion on the etiology and pathogenesis of depression and the thinking of clinical diagnosis and treatment from the point of view of Yang Qi disorder. [Methods] According to the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the ancient literature of Chinese medicine, and referring to the relevant literature of treating depression from Yang in modern times, combining with the knowledge and clinical experience, the relationship between Yang Qi disorder and depression was discussed theoretically in treatment. At the same time, a typical case for support. [Results] The clinical manifestation of depression is the deficiency of Yang Qi or the abnormal operation of it. Clinical treatment should take warming yang to relieve depression, Xuanyang to open depression as the basic treatment principle. It is necessary to point out how the medical records should be applied to the aforementioned academic experience. The clinical curative effect of the cases is definite with the treatment of warming yang and relieving depression as the basic treatment method.
