【摘要】 [目的]探讨国医大师周仲瑛教授治疗食管癌化疗所致寒热错杂型腹泻的临床经验。[方法]分析周仲瑛教授对食管癌化疗所致寒热错杂型腹泻的诊治思路,总结周仲瑛教授治疗食管癌化疗所致寒热错杂型腹泻的相关经验,并分析其典型案例。[结果]周仲瑛教授认为食管癌化疗所致寒热错杂型腹泻的主要病机为阴阳两虚,寒热错杂,上热下寒。根据该病以阳虚为主、阴虚为次的特点,主张以温阳补虚为主、清热养阴为辅的治法。在治疗该类型腹泻时,周老立足辨证施治,以乌梅丸为基础,结合自己丰富的临证经验,灵活加减,在临床上取得较好的疗效。[结论]周仲瑛教授治疗食管癌化疗所致寒热错杂型腹泻从整体出发,立足辨证,辨证辨病相结合,从癌毒论治,取得了显著的疗效,临床经验值得学习和推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To discuss the clinical experiences and unique views of Professor ZHOU Zhongying in treating chemotherapy related diarrhea of esophageal. [Method] To analyze the understanding of Professor ZHOU Zhongying about the chemotherapy related diarrhea of esophageal and analyze typical clinical case. [Result] Professor ZHOU Zhongying considers that the root cause of chemotherapy related diarrhea of esophageal is Yin and Yang deficiency,cold-heat complicated syndrome and accompanied by turbidity toxin. He focuses on tonifying deficiency, clearing heat and eliminating cancer evil. Wumei pill is effective for the treatment of chemotherapy related diarrhea of esophageal.
