【摘要】 边疆地区由于其特殊地位,在存在主要矛盾的同时往往也存在着特殊矛盾,双重矛盾制约着边疆地区经济社会发展的方方面面。因此,对边疆社会的治理应该置于这双重矛盾视野下加以考察。以西藏的驻村工作为例,提出在主要矛盾的制约下驻村工作要在乡村治理的路径下进行认识,在特殊矛盾制约下则是要将其置于边疆治理的特殊视野下加以推进。西藏的驻村工作体现了双重矛盾制约下不同治理逻辑的结合,而根本上则是需要统一于国家治理现代化的路径与体系之中。更多还原

【Abstract】 Because of its special status,frontier areas have both principal contradiction and special contradictions,which restricts all aspects of economic and social development in frontier areas.Therefore,the governance of the frontier society should be considered under this perspective of double contradiction. This paper will take the task of village in Tibet as an example to point out that the task of village should be recognized under the path of rural governance,and be advanced under the vision of frontier governance.The task of village in Tibet shows the combination of different governance logic under double contradiction restricts,and it needs to unify in the path and system of national governance modernization.更多还原
