反相高效液相色谱法测定含RDX的叠氮硝胺发射药中4种组分含量

【摘要】 提出了采用反相高效液相色谱法测定含RDX的叠氮硝胺发射药中RDX、硝化甘油(NG)、1,5-二叠氮基-3-硝基氮杂戊烷(DIANP)和中定剂(C2) 4种组分含量的新方法;试样用丙酮溶剂溶解后进行色谱分离,采用Agilent Cl8色谱柱(5μm,4. 6 mm×150 mm),以乙腈和水(体积比为65∶35)为流动相,在波长210 nm处进行4种组分含量的测定。结果表明,在优化的色谱条件下,NG在质量浓度0. 02~1. 38 g/L,RDX在质量浓度0. 02~1. 11 g/L,DIANP在质量浓度0. 02~0. 98 g/L,C2在质量浓度0. 002~0. 12 g/L时,含量分别与其峰面积呈线性关系; 4种化合物的加标回收率在98. 4%~100. 6%,相对标准偏差RSD在0. 53%~1. 20%。表明该方法准确可靠,可用于含RDX的叠氮硝胺发射药组分含量的测定。

【Abstract】 A new method for the determination of four components,including hexogen(RDX),nitroglycerine(NG),1,5-diazido-3-nitraapentane(DIANP) and methyl centralite(C2) in azidonitramine gun propellant containing RDX by reversed phase-high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC) was proposed. The sample after dissolution was chromatographically separated and the contents of the four components were determined at wavelength of 210 nm using Agilent Cl8 chromatographic column(5μm,4.6 mm ×150 mm),and acetonitrile and water with volume ratio of 65∶ 35 as mobile phase. The results show that under the optimized chromatographic conditions,when the mass concentration of NG,RDX,DIANP and C2 is in ranges of 0. 02-1. 38 g/L,0. 02-1. 11 g/L,0. 02-0. 98 g/L,0. 002-0. 12 g/L,respectively,their mass concentration has a linear relation with peak area. The recoveries of standard addition for the four compounds are between 98. 4% and 100. 60%,and their relative standard deviations(RSD) are between 0. 53% and 1. 20%. The results show that this method is accurate and reliable,and can be used to determine the content of azidonitramine gun propellant containing RDX.
