热应力下1,5-二叠氮-3-硝基氮杂戊烷对发射药中硝化棉热行为的影响
Influence of 1,5-Diazido-3-nitrazapentane (DIANP) on the Thermal Behavior of NC in Gun Propellant under Heat Stress
【摘要】 用1,5-二叠氮-3-硝基氮杂戊烷(DIANP)替换硝基胍发射药(样品A)中部分(质量分数6%)硝化甘油(NG),制成发射药(样品B),两种发射药分别密封后在90℃老化34d。通过低场核磁共振、纳米压痕、液相色谱、红外光谱、元素分析试验研究了DIANP对发射药中硝化棉(NC)热行为的影响。结果表明,随着老化时间的延长,样品中NC的横向弛豫时间T2值呈现出先增大再减小的趋势,T2值与老化时间的对数呈线性相关;样品B的T2比样品A更快达到峰值,说明DIANP对高氮量NC的溶塑速度快于NG;T2达到峰值后继续老化至34d,由于DIANP与NC形成大量氢键,使样品B中NC的运动受到更多限制,因此样品B的T2下降速度稍快于样品A;样品B的微观力学性能(硬度和弹性模量)的变化规律与T2的变化规律一致,说明T2可以反映样品的微观力学性能。
【Abstract】 A new gun propellant(sample B)was prepared via replacing the partial(mass fraction as 6%)nitroglycerin(NG)in the nitroguanidine(NQ)-based gun propellant(sample A)by 1,5-diazido-3-nitrazapentane(DIANP).The two kinds of gun propellants after being sealed were aged at 90℃for 34 d,respectively.The effects of DIANP on the thermal behavior of nitrocellulose(NC)in the gun propellant were studied by low field nuclear magnetic resonance,nanoindentation,liquid chromatography,infrared spectrum and elemental analysis test.The results show that with prolonging the aging time,the values of transversal relaxation time T2 of NC in the sample reveal a trend of first increase and then decrease,and the T2 value is linearly related to the logarithm of aging time.The T2 value reaching the peak of sample B is faster than sample A,indicating that the dissolving plastic rate of DIANP on NC with high nitrogen content is quicker than that of NG.After T2 reaching the peak,the sample continues to age to34 d,the movement of NC in sample B was more limited because of the formation of a large number of hydrogen bonds between DIANP and NC,so the decrease rate of T2 value of sample B is slightly faster than that of sample A.The change rules of micromechanical properties(hardness and elastic modulus)of sample B are consistent with the change rule of T2,indicating that the T2 can reflect the micromechanical property of sample.
