依达拉奉临床应用调查研究

【摘要】 目的:了解我院依达拉奉的使用现状。方法:通过合理用药监测系统(PASS系统)选取2017年1月在河南省人民医院住院并使用过依达拉奉的患者,对其适应症、用法用量、疗程等进行统计分析。结果:经统计,无适应症用药103例,剂量不足26例,疗程少于7d者123例。结论:我院依达拉奉使用存在无指征用药,用法用量及疗程不规范等问题,临床药师需积极干预,促进临床合理用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the using status of edaravone in our hospital.Methods:We analyzed clinical data including indication,dosage,duration in patients who received edaravone in January 2017 in our hospital.The data were collected from prescription automaticscreening system.Results:After statistics,103 patients received edaranone without indications,26 patients with inadequate dose,123 patients received edaranone less than 7 d.Conclusion:There were several problems in edaravone using.Clinical pharmacists need the active intevention to promote the rarional use of drugs in hospitals.更多还原
