基于正交试验的轴承端盖的挤压特性分析及工艺参数研究
Analysis of Extrusion Characteristics and Process Parameters of Bearing End Cap Based on Orthogonal Test
【摘要】 利用DEFORM-3D操作软件进行实际加工过程的仿真分析,获得数据,基于正交试验极差分析法以成形载荷和凹模磨损量的大小作为试验指标优化轴承端盖的工艺参数,即下压速度15 mm/s,摩擦因数0.1,初始温度700℃,凹模模具硬度63HRC.根据最优参数探寻挤压过程不同因素对成形载荷与凹模磨损量的影响趋势,验证了正交试验的正确性,从而使挤压件获得较好的成形效果,零件的加工质量得以提高,同时降低试模成本,且为端盖类零件的生产加工提供参考价值.
【Abstract】 The data is obtained by using DEFORM-3D software as a simulation of the actual machining process. Based on the orthogonal test range analysis method, the research takes the forming load and the degree of die wear as the test index to optimize the bearing cap process parameters, namely the forming speed 15 mm/s, the friction coefficient of 0. 1, the initial temperature of 700℃, the die die hardness of 63 HRC.According to the optimal parameters, the effect of different factors in the extrusion process on the forming load and the wear of the die are explored. And the correctness of the orthogonal test is verified: the extrusion has a good forming effect and the processing quality of parts is improved and also the cost of trial mode is reduced, which provides reference value for the production and processing of end caps.
