【摘要】 借鉴生物共生进化理论,分析了京津冀协同创新背景下行政区域内与行政区域间知识转移的交互演化机制及其驱动因素。结果得到,随着京津冀协同创新的深入,行政区域间知识转移发挥着日益重要的作用,与行政区域内知识转移的交互关系依次经历寄生型、合作型和依存型三个阶段,而这一过程受政府支持、经济互补性、文化相似、地理位置相近的驱动和影响。最后,提出了相应的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on symbiosis theory,this paper analyzes the interaction mechanism of the two kinds of knowledge transfer activities in and across the administrative regions in Jing-Jin-Ji Area under the background of coordinated innovation and its driving factor.With the deepening of the coordinated innovation in Jing-Jin-Ji Area,knowledge transfer among administrative regions is playing an increasingly important role.And the evolution of its interaction with knowledge transfer in an administrative region experiences three stages of"parasitic","cooperation"and "dependence".And this process is driven and influenced by the four major extrinsic factors of government support,economic complementarity,cultural similarity and geographical proximity.Finally,we put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.更多还原
