【摘要】 反腐败境外追逃是我国打击腐败犯罪、缉拿外逃罪犯的重要手段。我国近几年对贪腐分子的境外追逃行动虽然取得了一些阶段性的成果,但是境外追逃工作仍面临一定的障碍。引渡、遣返、异地追诉和劝返四种境外追逃方式均面临一定的法律障碍。我国应积极与发达国家签署引渡条约、完善其他的境外追逃替代方式、与更多国家签署赃款返还与分享协定、尽快出台《国际刑事司法协助法》、完善反腐败的事前预防措施等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Anti-corruption chasing of overseas fugitives is an important means in fighting against corruption.In recent years,the chasing of overseas fugitives has made some achievements,but it still faces a series of problems.The ways of extradition,offsite prosecution,persuasion of fugitive repatriation are facing certain obstacles.China should actively sign extraction treaties with developed countries,improve other ways of anti-corruption chasing of overseas fugitives,sign agreements with more countries on the return and sharing of the illicit money,legislate the international criminal judicial assistance law,and improve the pre-prevention measures against corruption.更多还原
