不同剂量60Co-γ射线对家蚕卵致死及孵化率的影响
Effects of Different Doses of 60Co-γRay on Mortality and Hatching Rate of Silkworm Eggs
【摘要】 对家蚕卵原种及杂交种分别进行不同剂量的60Co-γ射线辐射,发现杂交种抗辐射能力明显高于原种;家蚕原种超过160Gy的辐射剂量已没有饲养价值;诱变育种辐射剂量应小于40Gy。700Gy的辐射剂量可使家蚕原种基本致死,杂交种则需要高于900Gy的辐射剂量才能导致基本致死。
【Abstract】 Different doses of 60Co-γ-ray radiation were applied to the silkworm eggs and hybrids,and it is found that the radiation resistance of the hybrids is significantly higher than that of the original species,and that the radiation doses of the silkworm primordial species over 160 Gy has no value of breeding.The radiation dose of mutagenic breeding should be less than 40 Gy.700 Gy is lethal to silkworm primordial species,and the radiation dose of hybrid species should be more than 900 Gy to lead to the death.
