菁松×皓月全蚕粉的成分测定与分析

【摘要】 为探明菁松×皓月蚕品种5龄第3天全蚕粉中的1-DNJ、蛋白质、脂肪、可溶性总糖、锌、铁、磷、硒、钙、铜、锰及18种游离氨基酸的成分含量,分别采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法以及相关国家标准所规定的检测方法,对主要成分1-DNJ及其它部分营养成分的含量进行了测定。结果表明,全蚕粉与桑叶中的1-DNJ、蛋白质、脂肪、可溶性总糖、5种矿质元素、17种游离氨基酸等成分含量差异极大;主要成分1-DNJ的质量分数比桑叶高303.39%,表明家蚕食用桑叶后对桑叶中的大部分成分有很高的富集作用。

【Abstract】 This paper is to explore the contents of 1-DNJ,protein,fat,soluble sugar,zinc,iron,phosphorus,selenium,calcium,copper,manganese,and 18 kinds of free amino acids in the silkworm powder made by the third day in the 5 th instar of Jinsong×Haoyue.RP-HPLC and the methods mentioned in the corresponding national standard were used to detect the contents of 1-DNJ and other nutrients.The results showed that there was a significant difference in 1-DNJ,protein,fat,soluble sugar,5 kinds of mineral element and 17 kinds of free amino acids between silkworm powder and mulberry leaves,and the mass fraction of 1-DNJ in silkworm powder was 303.39%higher than that in the mulberry leaves.These results indicated that the silkworm had a high enrichment effect for most components of mulberry leaves.
