【Abstract】 Jilin province has accumulated some experience since the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education,but there are still some contradictions and problems in the orientation,management,policy,law and teaching conditions of innovation and entrepreneurship education. To break through these difficulties,we must establish a scientific concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education,and accurately plan the training goals of innovation and entrepreneurship education. We will establish management institutions and strengthen the orderly management of innovation and entrepreneurship education. Formulate and improve policies and regulations to guarantee the implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
