【Abstract】 A survey of employment intension for 2018 graduates whose carrier is the Cloud employment platform and Wechat public account of Baicheng Normal University was did,analysing the choice of employment area and the first place of employment options,dissecting the factors affecting employment,summarizing some characteristic in employment conception for 2018 graduates. Their employment subject consciousness has enhanced,obviously. The employment intension orientation is clear. Utilitarian idea existed. There are many contradictions in the employment expectation.
