【摘要】 目的:了解社区老年人孤独感、社会支持与生命质量的现状及三者之间的相关性。方法:采用SF-12生命质量量表、UCLA孤独量表及社会支持量表对蚌埠市社区60岁以上的老年人进行调查。结果:社区老年人社会支持实际得分为16～53分,平均得分(33. 6±7. 9)分。老人孤独感得分为(43. 53±3. 776)分。生命质量得分最高的维度是生理功能,最低的是躯体疼痛。三者之间相关性系数为-0. 332～0. 126(P <0. 05～P <0. 01)。社会支持在老年人孤独感与生命质量之间起部分中介作用。结论:提高社区老年人的生命质量,不仅要关注老年人的孤独感,更要关注社区老年人的社会支持状况,采取长效措施提高社区老年人的社会支持水平是提高老年人生命质量的重要方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To understand the correlations among the loneliness,social support and quality of life in community elderly.Methods: The elderly over 60 years old in Bengbu community were investigated using the SF-12 quality of life scale,UCLA loneliness scale and social support scale. Results: The actual scores of social support in community elderly ranged from 16 to 53 points,and the average score of which was( 33. 6 ± 7. 9). The loneliness score of the elderly was( 43. 53 ± 3. 776). The highest and lowest dimensions of the quality of life scores were physiological function and bodily pain,respectively. The correlation coefficient among three was from-0. 332 to 0. 126( P < 0. 05 to P < 0. 01). The social support played a part of the mediate function between loneliness and quality of life in elderly. Conclusions: To promote the quality of life,we should not only pay attention to the loneliness,but also pay attention to the social support status of the community elderly. Taking long-term measure to improve the social support level is an important way to improve the quality of life of the elderly.更多还原
