基于混合模S参数混响室法测试屏蔽对称电缆的耦合衰减
Measurement of Screened Balanced Cable Coupling Attenuation by Reverberation Chamber Method Based on Mixed-mode S-Parameters
【摘要】 提出用混响室法对耦合衰减进行测试,大大提高了测试频率。将混合模S参数理论与混响室测试原理相结合,使耦合衰减参数转换为混合模S参数,解决了测量高频差模信号的难题。四端口网络分析仪的测量结合计算机的控制,经计算得到混合模S参数。将混响室法和功率吸收钳法测得的耦合衰减曲线进行对比,验证了混响室法的可行性。
【Abstract】 Coupling attenuation is measured by reverberation chamber method. The reverberation chamber method greatly increased the measurement upper frequency. Coupling attenuation is converted to mixed-mode S-parameter by combining mixed-mode S-parameters theory with reverberation chamber method. The problem of high frequency differential mode signal measurement is solved. The measurement of 4-port VNA is combined with computer control, and the mixed-mode S-parameters are obtained by calculation. By comparison with the results absorbing clamp method, it is concluded the reverberation chamber method is feasible.
